His new friend Harry Talbot lived just two miles away. The two boys spent a lot of time talking on the telephone. Harry said he was excited to find the bottle with the message. And he wanted to be Willie s friend. Then the boys parents had a chat on the telephone and made plans for the boys to meet. Harry visited his friend first. And Willie was very excited about his arrival. Hi! You are taller than me, Harry said and smiled. Willie was excited and he gave the other boy a high five. Soon the two boys sat on the beach and talked. After all, new friends have to know each other. Willie was surprised that his new friend lived just a few miles away. So they made plans to spend the summer holidays together and meet to go fishing and swimming. Grandpa was very pleased his grandson had a new friend and spent some time with the two boys. He told them some funny episodes of his life on the isle, he also showed them the photos of his youth and a box full of old postcards of Skye. Two weeks passed and left Willie time to think of his school friends in England. So he sent Luke, Oliver, Samuel and Lily an old postcard of Skye, with this message: Hi, guys.
